Downstairs, the finished basement has a pool table, a den, a full bath, and plenty of open floor space for kids' mattresses. Out back, a large wraparound deck surrounds the pool, with two gazebos and a retractable awning for shade.

About 20–25 minutes to Seaside and the Ocean County beaches. Come for a few nights midweek, or stay the full week.
Close to the Garden State Parkway and Route 9. Driveway parking at both homes, so the whole family can arrive in their own cars.
